Barco
A €1B+ manufacturer of advanced visualisation solutions including video projectors & displays as well as networked collaboration solutions across multiple commercial & industrial sectors including digital cinema, enterprise communications & collaboration, security & surveillance, virtual reality and healthcare.

Chief Commercial Officer
I was a member of Barco's executive leadership team reporting to the CEO. Driving the global commercial strategy for Barco’s €1B business across corporate marketing, sales & service. Responsible for corporate communications & branding as well as marketing Barco’s core divisions’ products.
Senior VP & General Manager - Control Rooms Division
I was hired by the CEO in 2011 to turn around the underperforming control rooms & simulation division after a corporate reorganization. I had General Management responsibility with full P&L and balance sheet accountability for a €230M global division providing video display wall & unified communications products & services to the enterprise and industrial market sectors
I successfully turned around the division from a loss-making position in early 2011 through breakeven by the end of 2011 and on to positive EBIT (4.6% of revenue) and cash flow in 2012
Polycom
Polycom is a $1B global manufacturer of unified communications & collaboration solutions including high-definition video conferencing, telepresence and audio conferencing solutions.
President, Europe, Middle-East & Africa (EMEA)
I ran the EMEA region for Polycom with full P&L and strategy responsibility for the operation, a $280M business with 400 people located across the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, Russia and the Middle East.
I grew the EMEA business from $86M to $280M in revenue and stabilised the business & organisation after two significant acquisitions. I transformed Polycom EMEA into the leading Polycom geography which consistently achieved its revenue and profit targets.
Intel Corporation

VP Sales Dialogic/Intel Communications EMEA
I relocated back to Europe from the USA in 2000 after the acquisition of Dialogic by Intel Corporation. I led the Dialogic EMEA sales team and integrated it into the Intel EMEA Sales Organisation. I led the Communications Sales Organisation in EMEA consistently hitting targets up to $600M.
Dialogic Corporation
Dialogic helps service providers, application developers, and enterprises build and deploy on agile networks. A leading provider of cloud-optimized real-time multimedia processing solutions, customisable applications, and network infrastructure solutions.
Division VP & General Manager
I was a member of Dialogic's executive team reporting to the CEO and ran their largest division. I was responsible for general management including product marketing, product management, sales support and R&D and grew revenue by 20+% during my time in the role.
